Trade, Shipping & Payment
Moving High-Value Goods, Safely and Transparently
International diamond trade only works if both sides trust the logistics and payment process. Here's how we approach both.
Secure Shipping
High-value shipments are packed, sealed, and documented in line with Kimberley Process requirements, and shipped via tracked, insured courier services.
- Shipments are fully tracked from dispatch to delivery.
- Kimberley Process documentation accompanies every applicable shipment.
- Packaging and courier selection are matched to shipment value and destination.
- Specific carrier and insurance terms are confirmed with each buyer before shipment.
Insurance & Risk
Given the value of the goods involved, transit insurance is a standard part of how we ship — not an optional add-on. We're happy to walk any buyer through the specific coverage on their order before it ships.
- Insurance coverage is arranged in line with the declared value of each shipment.
- Terms are confirmed with the buyer in writing before dispatch.
- Buyers are welcome to request their own insurance arrangements where preferred.
Payment Terms
We work with the payment methods standard to international diamond trade, and agree terms with each buyer in advance so there's no ambiguity on either side.
- Bank wire transfer (TT) for confirmed orders.
- Letter of Credit (LC) available for larger or first-time orders, on request.
- Terms are always confirmed in writing before goods are dispatched.
Where to Meet Us
We value face-to-face relationships as much as the trade itself does. We aim to be present at the events where Surat and Israeli buyers already meet.
- Israel International Diamond Week, Ramat Gan
- India International Jewellery Show (IIJS), Mumbai
- By appointment at our Surat facility
